Quys’ Stuff (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates this website (“Site”) selling personalized accessories for cameras. By accessing or using the Site and placing any order request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept all of these Terms, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version will be posted here (see “Changes to Terms” below).

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (generally 18 years or older) to use this Site and make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Our products and services are intended for customers who comply with all local laws (including export and import regulations) in their location.

Order Submissions and Communications

All orders on this Site are treated as requests. When you place an order request, you provide including (but not limited to) your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address. You agree that this information is accurate and that we may use it to process your order and contact you. We will confirm your order by email or phone once we accept it; until then, no contract exists.

No payment is processed on this Site: we will send you an invoice or payment instructions (via email or chat) to complete payment off-site. You must pay as instructed before your order is finalized. Because payments are handled off-site, we are not liable for any payment processing issues (fraud, errors, etc.) that occur outside this Site. We do not store payment card data, and we do not hold liability for issues in third-party payment methods.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site – including text, images, graphics, logos, HTML/CSS, and product designs (e.g. hotshoe covers) – is owned by Quys’ Stuff or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. The name “Quys’ Stuff” and any associated logos or trademarks are our property, and you may not use them in any way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation without our prior consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Data Collection and Privacy

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws. The personal data we collect is necessary to process orders and operate the Site. Specifically:

  • Personal Data (Order Forms): When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, shipping address and order information from the order form. We use this information solely to fulfill your order and communicate with you. We share it only with necessary third parties (for example, shipping carriers) to complete your order. Your data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently; collected for specified purposes; and kept to the minimum necessary. We retain your order data only as long as needed for tax, legal, and business purposes.
  • Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare to provide security, functions and improve site performance. Cloudflare may process certain data (such as your IP address) to protect the Site.
  • Cookies: Our Site uses cookies to enable core functions. You may refuse or disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features of the Site may not work properly without cookies.
  • Testimonials: We may display customer testimonials (names, profile picture and testimonial) from public Google Reviews and our Facebook Page, via TrustIndex. These testimonials are taken only from publicly posted reviews. We do not solicit private data for testimonials or use any information beyond what is publicly visible. The testimonials represent the customers’ own opinions.

Besides, for internal analytics, security purposes and Site optimization, we may collect these data from users, including but not limited to: IP address, Browser, OS, Device, Country. We only use these data for the stated purposes.

Warranties & Liability

While all products offered by Quys’ Stuff are provided on an “AS IS” basis without express or implied warranties of any kind, we voluntarily extend a satisfaction commitment to our customers. As part of this commitment, we may offer returns or remakes—typically free of charge—in cases where the customer is not satisfied with the product received. This goodwill policy does not constitute a warranty, and Quys’ Stuff retains sole discretion in determining the applicability and scope of such accommodations.

  • Limitation of Liability: Quys’ Stuff and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products (including loss of data, profits, or business) even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Where such laws are in force, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • Shipping and International Delivery: Additionally, while we are not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges incurred during international shipping, we are committed to providing our best support in resolving shipping-related issues. We will work with carriers, when possible, to help track shipments or facilitate claims, and assist customers in navigating any complications that may arise.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to any conflict of law principles. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction that grants you mandatory consumer rights (such as the European Union), you retain any such non-waivable rights under applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the Site, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam.
