In case something happens midway that prevents Quys’ Stuff from completing the order, we will proceed with the refund process.

You can return the product when the product you receive is damaged inside the package. You must provide the photos and videos to help you prove that it was damaged prior to your receiving.

We only accept return for 48 hours from the date of received.

When your refund is agreed, we will refund within 3 business days. The exactly time you receive the refund will depends on the processing time of the banks.
