Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping. While we are not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges incurred during international shipping, we are committed to providing our best support in resolving shipping-related issues. We will work with carriers, when possible, to help track shipments or facilitate claims, and assist customers in navigating any complications that may arise.

Refund & Return

  • Can I apply for a refund?
    In case something happens midway that prevents us from completing the order, we will proceed with the refund process.
  • Can I return the product?
    You can return the product if the product you receive is damaged inside the package. You must provide the photos and videos to help you prove that it was damaged prior to your receiving. Please note: We only accept return for 48 hours from the date of received.
  • When will I receive the refund?
    When your request is agreed, we will process it within 3 business days. The exactly time you receive the refund will depends on the processing time of the banks.
